Daily Planning

Ritual Intention: Start a productive day feeling connected to my environment, my own energy, and the challenges and task I plan to take on.

Step 1: Setup your space

Gather all the materials you need to see what needs to be done today. Include your task list, calendar, phone, pen and paper.

Optional: light a candle, turn on some vibey lo-fi jams, a favorite playlist:

Step 2: Journal 3 Questions

1. Who do I want to be today?

2. If I can only get one thing done today what would it be? Why does it matter?

3. How do I want to feel at the end of the day?

Step 3: Review Calendar

Take a look at what scheduled commitments you have and start to map out the day to include the rituals you’ll use to show up the way you want to, and how you’ll accomplish the one thing.

Go forth and have the day! Reminder to myself that just because I made a plan, sometimes the lesson and the best experience is when life doesn’t go according to plan. The point is not to do a day perfectly, but to bring awareness and intention to the things I’m doing and reengage with the meaning of it all.

A quick ritual designed to start the day knowing what's up, feeling prepared and inspired.
